To make it up to Bugs, Daffy goes out of his way to purchase tickets himself for a cruise ship using Bugs' credit card and showers his friend with attention, sometimes with unorthodox methods. However, Daffy's lack of knowledge of anything about Bugs puts a snag in their friendship. As events escalate, they run into other characters in the Looney Tunes universe and have to outrun the villains in a chaotic chase. On a normal day Bugs Bunny is encountered by Elmer Fudd and Daffy Duck. Eventually after a hiatus, the show was retooled into The Looney Tunes Show having a sitcom-esque format. Much to the disapproval of the series, the crew was laid off. A pilot for the series was pitched to Warner Bros execs in early 2009.
